Daily Protein requirement in healthy adults is 1.0g/kg body weight. Recent surveys have shown that Indian diets are protein deficient which can potentially lead to following health concerns*:

RESOURCE® High Protein is suitable for individuals with for age group of 10years and above
It is not suitable in conditions with low protein intake recommendations (<1.0g/kg body weight)

Suggested Usage:

Method of Preparation:

  1. Measure 150 ml of cold water and pour into a clean container.
  2. Take 6 leveled scoops (approx. 50g) of Resource High Protein powder. Use only the enclosed scoop.
  3. Gradually add powder and stir briskly until the powder has completely dissolved.

Suggested serving:
One serve per day.
Each serve of Resource High Protein when prepared with milk provides 30% of daily protein requirements of adult^.

Not to be used a substitute for varied diet.

  • Shall be stored out of the reach of children.
  • Not for parenteral use.
  • Store in a cool, dry & hygienic place
